Corporate lunch in Rotterdam — bento boxes, ordered a day ahead
Lunch at the office is usually a choice between the same sandwich or too much hassle. We do something else with it: a Japanese bento box that everyone builds themselves, ordered a day ahead, ready to collect on Witte de Withstraat.
How it works
1. Everyone builds their own box. On our site there is an empty bento with five compartments. You pick two bites and two gyoza's yourself from the menu — the same dishes that go out in the bar at night. Drag them in and you see exactly what you are getting.
2. The fifth compartment is ours. That holds whatever the kitchen is making that day: noodles, rice or bami. Deliberately not a choice. That way everyone eats along with what is actually being cooked, instead of from a frozen standard list.
3. Tell us a day ahead. We fold by hand and fry to order, so we need to know what is coming. Order today, it is ready tomorrow.

What you get
